Ingredients
- Boneless fish ½ kg
- Yellow food color a pinch
- Eggs white 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Ground all spice ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste.
Cooking Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add egg whites, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ground all spice, a pinch of yellow food color and salt to taste.
- Mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Cut fish into fingers and marinate in the prepared mixture for half an hour.
- Depp fry the fish fingers till golden and take out on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with dill sauce or tartar sauce.
